I decided to do this Turbulence Training Review because there seems to be a lot of confusion regarding what types of exercises to lose weight that people should be doing.
The first thing that you need to know is that the Turbulence Training System has been around for a while. If you look online you will see hundreds of reviews about this program. Clearly a lot of people are using this program, so at face value it seems like a pretty effective solution to lose weight.
I purchased the program myself and tried the methods which are outlined in it. The first impression I got was that it catered for men only, but this assumption is wrong. Women can get just as much out of the Turbulence Training program, as men.
When it comes to doing exercises to lose weight, the fact is that there is so much conflicting information. Should you do weight training, cardio, pilates, aerobics, the list goes on. I started seeing a difference in just a couple of weeks. After 14 days I had lost 11 pounds in weight, and my body felt firmer than it had in a long time. As I have said, I have been using this program for about 7 weeks. All in all I have managed to lose around 34 pounds. Most of it fat, I might add.
