Hi my name is Jenny Martins and this is the Lower Body Makeover Review which has been specifically designed to help people get rid of thigh fat. I just want to tell you a little bit about myself before I get started.
I am 29 years old and I work in an office. The problem with this type of work, or any other type of work which involves sitting down, is that you don't tend to burn many calories. I have learned from personal experience that the longer you allow this situation to continue, the harder it becomes to resolve it.
About 2 years ago I realised that I had started putting on quite a bit of weight. Of course this didn't happen overnight. But you know how it is, all those thoughts like, "I'll do something about it soon" or "I don't have the time" and so on, fill up your head.

Anyway to cut a long story short, I had a heart to heart with my brother. Tom has always been the outdoors type, and he knows everything about exercise and nutrition. He made a workout and diet plan for me, persuaded me to join a gym.
The first few weeks were the hardest, but I started to see changes happening to my body, and that gave me a bit more motivation and a bit more confidence to stick with what I was doing.
After a couple of months I had managed to lose about 26 pounds in weight. I felt really good about myself, apart from one thing. I was having trouble getting rid of thigh fat, and fat from around my butt. My legs were horrible, and my inner thigh fat was all wobbly. I tried training my legs with weights, I tried Running on a treadmill, I tried cycling, but none of it wotrked. I was happy with my upper body, but I just couldn't lose my fat thighs, or make my butt smaller. My thighs looked like they belonged to Mike Tyson. This is probably great on a man, but not an attractive trait on a woman.
I began doing some online research, and discovered that women naturally collect more fat on their lower bodies, than men do, and it is harder for a woman to get rid of thigh fat. This wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear.

The thing that I really liked about this program, apart from the results that it gave me, was that the exercises Joey tells you to follow, don't require any exercise equipment. Thet are are all done using your own bodyweight. To be honest I had never done a lot of the exercises in this program before, so it was pretty new to me.

The exercises in this program are geared towards losing fat from the lower body in a pretty short period of time. I was a little dubious in the beginning, but I though as I'd bought it, I may as well use it. In 5 weeks I have managed to lose another 10 pounds of fat, and most of that has come from my thighs and butt. As you can imagine, I'm really happy with this.
Another good thing about Joey's program is that you get to find out which foods you should be eating and which foods you should not be touching with a 10ft barge pole. This is not just some diet thrown together and it is not about starving yourself. It is about certain foods which are missing from most people's diets, and foods that you really need to start eating.
Although you can buy Joey's books on Amazon (he throws some of these in for free), this course is downloadable. Meaning that I managed to have it delivered to me in a few minutes.
I have started to wear shorter skirts already. Although they don't come that far above my my knees yet, I'm pretty sure that in another month they will do.
The Lower Body Makeover program has given me some really good results in a period of time that I wouldn,t have thought possible before starting it. Do I recommend it? Hell Yes! It quickly helped me to get rid of thigh fat, and I'm sure that it can do the same for you.
